"THREE" Multimedia Project

Talking Eyes Media is currently developing a multimedia production of THREE, Ed Kashi's latest book due out in April. We invite you to join in the creative process of this exciting project. Over the next several weeks, we will post different triptychs from the book, and we request your input. In three words (we challenge you!), let us know your gut reaction to the images - feelings, thoughts, ideas, emotions...

Thank you in advance, have fun, and keep on the look-out for more thought-provoking photos.

India's Fast Lane to the Future wins big!!

Ed Kashi and Julie Winokur's piece India's Fast Lane to the Future, produced for National Geographic Magazine, received the award for BEST ONLINE VIDEO SERIES at this year's Magazine Publishers of America (MPA) Digital Awards!

The multimedia piece, which first premiered on the NGM's website in September 2008 in a 5-part series, documents how India's new super-highway is changing the face of the country and captures India's conflict between the old and the new.

Photographed by Ed Kashi and edited by Julie Winokur, the series accompanied the article Fast Lane to the Future that was featured in the October 2008 edition of National Geographic Magazine.
